I have visited this clinic to show the reports of my wife and waited till 11.30pm, and ours was the last number. In between, we informed the nurse that we would have dinner and come back in an hour, but when we came back, our file was still last, and they informed us we needed to wait another two hours, which is ridiculous, and we would meet the doctor around 1am in the night.Staff here don't know how to address the queries of the patients, and they have minimum knowledge of customer service. at least a vegetable seller give a good reply, then the staff here in this hospital.When I asked them strongly, they said if you want, you can leave very easily, like they were doing some charity for the patients by charging INR 500.I recommend everyone not to visit this place ever. In the guy photo that I have uploaded in this review, he is a pakka local. He says "jaiya ap jaiya" as if he is doing some charity work.Dr. Shoaib, I strongly recommend that you send your team to learn about patient care skills; if you don't, please send them to me. I am the general manager of operations at Eye Hospital. I will just have them sit in my OPD lobby and make them learn how to talk to a patient. If needed, I can give them free training as a charity to your team.
